Required Skills

3-5 years of relevant experience in Python + data engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark preferred).
- Experience supporting QA teams in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of microservices-based architecture (Java/Python).

Technical Skills
- Excellent SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, stored procedures).
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and data automation.
- Understanding of Test Data Management tools (Genrocket, Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Positive understanding of APIbased data integration.

Python & Data Engineering




- Develop robust, reusable Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Automate repetitive data processes to accelerate QA cycles.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to manage structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
- Implement data validation checks and quality gates.

(Healthcare Preferred)

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
