Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager with a proven track record in leading public sector advisory, governance reform, and institutional strengthening initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in government systems, municipal public finance, IT enablement, and policy advocacy, along with the strategic acumen to pitch innovative solutions and scale our project portfolio across India.

This role offers the prospect to work at the intersection of governance, transformation, and sustainable development, engaging directly with senior government stakeholders, multilateral agencies, and internal teams to design, implement, and manage impactful projects.

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership Business Growth (40%). Lead and grow a portfolio of public sector reforms and governance projects across various geographies in India. Map opportunities and assess emerging sectoral trends; identify and pitch strategic business solutions to clients at the right time. Embed public sector reform principles in project design,



ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, scalability, and sustainability. Actively lead or contribute to proposal development, including writing of technical approaches, project plans, and budgets. Engage in client acquisition efforts, participate in pre-bid meetings, and represent the organization at forums and stakeholder dialogues.
2. Project Management Delivery (25%). Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and output delivery aligned with objectives. Monitor project performance, risks, and challenges; develop mitigation plans and ensure continuous learning and adaptation.
