Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer business requirements and position SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA solutions effectively.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate with pre-sales, consulting, and technical teams to deliver customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay updated with ERP market trends, competitor activities, and SAP product offerings.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.





2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, ERP sales, software sales, or IT solutions sales.

Experience in SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software sales is preferred.

Strong understanding of business processes across Manufacturing, Trading, Distribution, Retail, or Service industries.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to engage with CXOs, Directors, Business Owners, and Key Decision Makers.

Strong lead generation and opportunity management skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Experience

Experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications. Exposure to consultative selling and solution-based sales.

Knowledge of SAP ecosystem, cloud solutions, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
