Job Title: Senior UI/UX Developer (AI & Procurement Analytics Platform)

Location: Bangalore, India (4 days/week in office)

Employment Type: Contract / Full time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior UI/UX Developer to join our Procurement Intelligence Platform (PIP) team at the Client. The platform is an AI-native enterprise solution focused on delivering insights, recommendations, analytics, and decision support for global Procurement and Supply Chain functions.

This role will primarily support UI/UX design and front-end development for dashboards and web applications, translating business requirements and user personas into intuitive, scalable design solutions, while also demonstrating the flexibility and willingness to learn adjacent areas such as data engineering, Power BI, and AI-enabled application development as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX layouts for analytics dashboards, embedded reporting, and enterprise web applications.




- Apply design thinking methodologies to translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and usability research to inform design decisions.

Desired Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX design for dashboards, analytics platforms, and enterprise web applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Demonstrated experience with persona development, journey mapping, and design thinking frameworks.
- Experience translating BRDs and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Working knowledge of ReactJS or similar front-end frameworks for implementing designed interfaces.
- Understanding of dashboard design principles, information hierarchy, and data visualization best practices.
