Role & responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and repair drilling tools and related components.

• Operate gas cutting equipment for precision cutting of materials.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications.

• Ensure all welding work meets the required quality standards and tolerances.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.

• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI (production/welding) or minimum 4-5 years of experience.

• Proven experience in MIG welding and gas cutting operations.

• Knowledge of welding techniques, material properties, and safety standards.

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

• Robust attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Welding certification (preferred but not required).
