Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) | MBA preferred
Experience: 12-18 years in Heavy Fabrication / Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Job Purpose

Drive business growth by developing recent customers, managing key accounts, and providing techno-commercial solutions for heavy fabrication and sheet metal products. Strong understanding of fabrication processes is essential to effectively engage with customers and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Manage key customer relationships and handle techno-commercial negotiations.
- Review RFQs, drawings,



and prepare quotations with engineering and estimation teams.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality for timely project execution.
- Promote products in heavy fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding (MIG/TIG/Arc), and Heavy Fabrication processes.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing costing and project execution.
