Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive Band – M1

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and streamline the organization’s receivables process, particularly student fee collections. The role involves coordinating with students and parents on outstanding dues, facilitating payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to students and parents regarding outstanding fees and payment schedules.
• Guide payers through available payment options and assist with transaction processes
(online/offline).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections, receipts, and pending dues.
• Monitor overdue accounts and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely recovery.
• Address and resolve payment-related queries in a professional and timely manner.




• Prepare and share reports on collection performance, outstanding balances, and follow-up status.
• Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, operations, finance) for smooth fee processing.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial and personal information.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable, fee collection, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with accounting or fee management software is an advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism.
• Robust organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
