Career Soft Solutions (CSS) is looking for an energetic and passionate Domestic Recruiter to join our growing India Staffing team. We are seeking recruitment professionals who excel in Contract Staffing, Niche Hiring, and Volume Hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic (India) staffing requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
Handle multiple client requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
Drive hiring for Contract Staffing, Niche Hiring, and Volume Hiring across various technologies and domains.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular status updates.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in Domestic/India Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in Contract Staffing.
Proven expertise in Niche Hiring and Volume Hiring.
Ability to work on multiple open requirements with excellent time management.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing/recruitment tools.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
