We are rapidly expanding our presence across India’s leading Quick Commerce platforms and are looking for an experienced Quick Commerce Sales Head to drive this business vertically.

Position Summary

The Quick Commerce Sales Head will own the complete Quick Commerce business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging platforms. The role requires a commercially driven professional with expertise in platform management, category growth, advertising, inventory planning, sales forecasting, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Business Management

* Lead the complete Quick Commerce business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Q-Commerce platforms.





* Build strong relationships with Category Managers and Key Account Managers.

* Negotiate commercial terms, promotional activities, visibility, and annual business plans.

* Drive onboarding of new SKUs and expansion across cities and dark stores.

Revenue & Sales Growth

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Develop growth strategies for revenue, market share, and profitability.

* Increase Average Order Value (AOV), repeat purchases, and platform visibility.

* Identify opportunities for new product launches and exclusive platform campaigns.

Advertising & Promotions

* Plan and manage platform advertising campaigns.

* Optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

* Execute sponsored listings, homepage banners, search campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

* Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.
