Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager role at MARC is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that store standards and policies are consistently maintained.



The Assistant Store Manager helps drive customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service activities, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities also include assisting with sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention measures, supporting merchandising and layout decisions, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. The role requires close collaboration with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
