Role Summary / Purpose

The Program Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the PG Product Team by ensuring seamless execution of academic and student engagement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, student representatives across colleges, and external partners to execute college-level activities efficiently. The incumbent will also contribute to social media content planning and production support for the team's digital initiatives, including the YouTube channel. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and an execution-focused mindset.

Role Scope & Accountability (Top 4 but not limited to)

Coordinate with student representatives (Campus Ambassadors) across colleges and act as the single point of contact for all program-related activities.

Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute student engagement initiatives, college events, campaigns, and product-related activities.

Support the creation, planning,



and execution of social media content by contributing ideas and assisting in content production, including YouTube channel coordination.

Ensure operational excellence through timely follow-ups, documentation, activity tracking, vendor coordination, and process management.

Outcomes Expected (Within First 6-12 Months)

Establish strong relationships with student representatives and ensure smooth execution of college engagement initiatives.

Build effective coordination processes resulting in timely completion of assigned projects and campaigns.

Contribute innovative content ideas that enhance the team's social media presence and student engagement.

Become a dependable execution partner for the Product Team by consistently delivering high-quality coordination and operational support.

Qualification / Competencies Required (Must-Have)

Graduate with 02 years of work experience. MBA from a Tier-3 institute may also be considered.
