Responsibilities and more:

Location:
- Mumbai preferred or Delhi, with travel for CXO events as required.

Role Overview:
- The Project Lead – CXO Engagement & Events will own end-to-end planning and execution of CXO programs, including data research, targeted outreach, event operations, and on-ground execution.
- The role requires strong communication, excellent coordination skills,



and comfort working with senior stakeholders and demanding timelines.
- This position combines strategic planning, hands-on event delivery, client servicing, and execution discipline to ensure high-quality CXO engagement programs.
- The role is suited for a skilled who can manage details, maintain stakeholder confidence, and contribute to stronger event formats and engagement outcomes.

CXO Data Research and Profiling:
- Identify and research relevant CXOs across industries, companies, and regions.
- Build and update detailed profiles, segments, and target lists.
- Track participation history, interests, and engagement levels.

Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and clean CXO databases, mailing lists, and invitee trackers.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to manage dashboards, status trackers, and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and timely updates.

Outreach and Communication:
- Draft and send invitation emails, reminders, and follow-ups to CXOs
