Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, focused on commercial operations, accounts, accounts receivable, order management, and order processing. The role includes managing customer orders from receipt to invoicing,



ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and compliance with internal policies. The team member will monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments, reconcile customer accounts, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing or payment issues. Responsibilities also include supporting commercial activities such as preparing quotations, coordinating with sales and purchasing teams, and maintaining up-to-date records in the accounting and order management systems. The role requires collaboration with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and a smooth customer experience.
