Job Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage the complete recruitment process from job qualification through candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephone, virtual, and face to face interviews.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment offers.
- Manage offer acceptance, onboarding, and post placement follow up.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple industries.
