We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining records, coordinating daily operational processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate daily operational processes and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor process timelines and update status reports.
- Organize digital and physical documents.
- Identify and report discrepancies in data or processes.
- Support administrative and operational activities as required.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of Google sheet, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data entry or process coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of documentation and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
