Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM)
- Location: Gujarat
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years (Minimum)
- Core Mandate: Exclusively in API/Bulk Drugs Export with deep Pharma Product & Global Regulatory exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Market Expansion: Identify potential countries, penetrate target international markets, and drive current customer acquisition for core API molecules.
- Commercial Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including global inquiry generation, pricing strategies, order finalization, contract execution, and payment collections.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct monthly analyses of Indian and Chinese export-import supply data to forecast market demands and counter competitor strategies.
- Compliance & Audits: Navigate worldwide regulatory approvals based on country-wise volumes and facilitate timely international customer audits.
- Supply Chain & Plant Coordination: Collaborate closely with plant R&D;,



Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure strict adherence to shipping timelines.
- Global Brand Presence: Lead brand planning meetings, define sales budgets, and organize international exhibition participations (such as CPHI).
- Team Management: Mentor, nurture, and lead the export marketing team to achieve organizational business targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must Have: At least 10 to 12 years of solid experience strictly within the API / Bulk Drugs export market.
- Comprehensive grasp of international pharmaceutical regulatory landscapes, documentation, and customer complaint resolution.
- Strong leadership traits with a proven track record of handling high-value corporate accounts globally.
