Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist at Amendss is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to grow brand awareness and user engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing content for digital platforms,



monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to refine strategies. The specialist will collaborate with product, content, and counselling teams to ensure messaging is aligned with the brand’s relationship-focused ethos and supports user acquisition and retention. The role also involves staying updated on digital marketing trends and proposing data-driven improvements to campaigns.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
