Job Description
The Legal Coordinator will support the legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements for an IT services organization. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies.

Roles And Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and maintain service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts,



and client agreements.
- Track contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals and compliance.

Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support audits and maintain statutory records.

Legal Documentation
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and updated legal files and databases

Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and external legal counsel.
- Facilitate approvals and signatures for legal documents.

Risk Management
- Identify potential legal risks and escalate to the legal team.
- Support in implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- 1–2 years in legal coordination or similar role, preferably in IT/ Technology sector.
- Solid understanding of contract law and corporate complianc
