Position Purpose

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll be working as part of the Operations Team to deploy, operate, monitor, and upgrade applications in production, mainly in the cloud. You will also contribute to level 3 support and collaborate with R&D; teams, SREs, and DEVOPS to improve automation and stability of the platforms.

- sContribute to Level 3 Suppor
- tProvide Level 3 support for tickets escalated from Level
- 2Contribute to post-accident analysis to establish root cause analysis and action plans
