Role & responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans in accordance with ICSE curriculum guidelines.
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and General Knowledge, ensuring conceptual clarity.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement creative teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Monitor and evaluate students academic progress, behavior, and overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Provide individual attention to students, addressing diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management for curriculum planning and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, ICSE standards, and child safety norms.
