Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage site supervision and engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of civil works on site by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and laborers.
- Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the execution of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures, finishing work, and labour control.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation of construction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years' experience in civil engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of civil site engineering, construction management, and site execution.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
