We are looking for an experienced Packing Supervisor to join our team at A1 SKC Food Products Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily packing operations in the production line
- Ensure packing process follows quality standards, GMP and food safety norms
- Monitor team productivity and achieve daily packing targets
- Inspect finished goods for correct packaging, labeling, weight and sealing
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Warehouse departments
- Maintain packing records, MIS reports and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure 5S, hygiene and safety standards in packing area
- Train and guide packing operators for better efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years as Packing Supervisor in FMCG and Dairy industry is MANDATORY
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Must have hands-on experience in dairy product packing lines
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety standards preferred
- Skills: Team management, Good communication, Basic MS Office
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
