Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the jewelry showroom, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering stock, and maintaining a visually appealing display to drive impulse purchases.
- Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years' experience in retail sales or showroom sales within the gems & jewellery industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through excellent communication skills and ability to build robust relationships with customers.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, jewelry design trends, and market dynamics to stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.
