Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Authorization: Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and prepare and submit pre-authorization documents for planned and emergency admissions.
- TPA & Insurer Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies to secure cashless approvals and resolve claim discrepancies.
- Claim Processing: Track and process both cashless and reimbursement cases, ensuring all medical documentation and final bills are submitted within stipulated timelines. [1, 2]
- Patient Guidance: Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding their insurance coverage, co-pays, exclusions, and claim formalities.
- Dispute Resolution: Follow up on pending approvals, denials, and outstanding claim settlements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all insurance transactions, generate daily/monthly reports, and ensure strict compliance with hospital protocols and insurance regulations.

Minimum 1 year experience required in hospital sector

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
