Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for Quality – Plating Experts based in Chennai.
The role involves overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities specific to plating processes on precision plastic and metal components. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring plating operations, conducting inspections and measurements, analyzing process data, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications. The Quality – Plating Expert will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and optimize plating parameters. The role also includes maintaining documentation for quality systems, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in plating quality and process efficiency.
