Role Description
The Head of Sales at RAA Estate is a full time,
*on-site role based in Gurugram*
. This position is responsible for leading the sales function, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth across all property segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective pipeline management and conversion. The role involves overseeing key client accounts, negotiating major deals,



and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, partners, and stakeholders. The Head of Sales will also collaborate with leadership to forecast market trends, optimize pricing and positioning, and ensure that sales processes are aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated Team Management and leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management, and team motivation.
- Robust Account Management skills to oversee key clients, build relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics for decision-making.
- 4-5+ years of experience in real estate or a related industry, preferably in a senior sales leadership role.
