To be successful as an” AVP Colleague Engagement” you should have experience with:
- Solid written and verbal communication skill – being able to write effective communications across a number of channels to help communicate key messages to internal employees. Ability to tailor comms to suit the audience and context.
- Planning and organisational skill – being comfortable being reactive (urgent messages) as well as planned campaign work.
- Analytical – being comfortable analysing various forms of data to make recommendations.
