We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead React Native Developer who can provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in React Native, mobile application development, and a deep understanding of scalable and maintainable architectures. This role will involve setting up standards, tools, and frameworks, as well as ensuring the long-term health and scalability of the app.
Key Responsibilities
ø Design and implementation of the app architecture for React Native project.
ø Define coding best practices and architectural standards to ensure the codebase is scalable, maintainable, and easy to test.
ø Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth integration with the backend APIs and services.
ø Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following the established coding standards.
ø Develop features and modules for the React Native app
ø Ensure cross-platform compatibility, responsive design, and a high-quality user experience.
ø Provide leadership,
mentoring, and technical guidance to other developers on the team.
ø Establish coding standards and enforce them through code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring.
ø Lead troubleshooting of high-complexity production issues, ensuring root-cause resolution.
ø Support task planning by helping assign development work based on skillset and prioritization.
ø Contribute to strategic technical planning and innovation initiatives
ø Own the end-to-end implementation of complex features.
ø Remain actively involved in coding throughout the project lifecycle.
ø Lead by example through hands-on development.

Required Skills
ø Minimum 5 years of experience in React Native mobile app development.
ø Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and modular app architectures.
