Business Development Manager (BDM)

Magic Linen Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium home furnishing and textile products. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our international business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, corporate clients, distributors, retailers, and export buyers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, exhibitions, referrals, cold calling, and other business channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Operations teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust knowledge of Business Development and B2B Sales.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be preferred.

Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Textile, Home Furnishing, Manufacturing, Export, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
