Role Description
Shramii is seeking a Co-Founder to join the core leadership team in an in office role based in India. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining the product vision, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and driving overall business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with product and engineering to refine features,
engaging with customers to understand needs, and translating feedback into actionable product improvements. The Co-Founder will help build key partnerships, oversee early sales and customer onboarding, and contribute to hiring and culture-building. This role involves hands-on execution across strategy, operations, and team leadership to scale Shramii in the workforce management market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building or scaling technology products, preferably SaaS or workforce management solutions.
- Strong background in business strategy, operations, or product management, with the ability to move from vision to execution.
- Comfort working closely with engineering and design teams, including basic familiarity with product development lifecycles.
- Experience in B2B sales, customer development, or partnerships, with a focus on understanding and solving customer pain points.
