We're looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or HRTech enterprise sales. If you enjoy building relationships, closing strategic deals, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced startup, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end B2B SaaS sales—from prospecting to deal closure.
Identify and engage CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, HR Heads, and enterprise decision-makers.
Generate new business through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct product demos, manage negotiations, and close enterprise contracts.
Convert design-partner pilots into long-term annual customers.
Manage CRM,
sales pipeline, forecasting, and weekly reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize conversions and customer success.
Represent Veril.ai at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across South India.
What We're Looking For
✅ 10+ years of experience in B2B Business Development and Enterprise Sales (SaaS/HRTech preferred)
✅ Strong history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
✅ Experience selling to enterprise customers and senior HR leadership
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
✅ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with robust business acumen
✅ Willingness to travel across South India
✅ Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage)
? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
