Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a growing business team. In this role, you will drive the sales of premium villas and luxury farmhouse design & build projects across Bengaluru and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment goals to recommend suitable villa or plot projects.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.




- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, infrastructure developments, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium villas, farmhouses, gated communities, or land/plot sales.
- Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling and objection handling.
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle for site visits.
