Job responsibilities:
- Work directly with the leadership team as a conduit in key processes and initiatives
- Sales prospecting: build good lists, perform account research (technographic, partner influence etc) - and get at champions. Setup calls and intros.
- Key hiring: Some head-hunting for key roles and interface with hiring partners
- Coordinate community events and other open source communities
- help run operations charter for organisation.
Ideal candidate
- Emotionally mature. High integrity and confidentiality.
- Conscientious and entrepreneurial. Must be frugal by values (spot and stop wastage)
- Wear multiple hats. Get stuff done. Low ego

- MBA or tech background preferred
- Experience and credentials not a bar for the right candidate.
