About the Role

We are seeking a
agile and skilled Tekla Modeler
with proven experience in
Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
to join our growing structural engineering consultancy. The ideal candidate must be proficient not only in modelling but also in
detailing
, producing accurate fabrication and erection drawings to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop
3D Tekla models
for PEB structures in line with project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare
GA drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, and erection drawings
with precision.
- Ensure detailing quality including connections, shop drawings, and bolt/weld information.
- Coordinate with design engineers, detailers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all drawings comply with codal provisions, fabrication practices, and client requirements.
- Maintain version control and drawing documentation as per company standards.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Requirements
- Minimum




2 years of hands-on experience
in
Tekla modelling and detailing for PEB structures
.
- Strong understanding of PEB detailing, connections, fabrication workflows, and erection requirements.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures software (modelling + detailing).
- Knowledge of Indian and international steel design/drafting standards is an advantage.
- Dynamic, proactive, and ready to prove capabilities through consistent performance.
- Must be willing to
relocate to Gurgaon
and build a long-term career with steady growth.
