Job Title: Senior SAP Functional HCM/Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional HCM/Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll to lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Human Capital Management, Payroll processing, Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, and integration with Finance and SuccessFactors. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, support payroll operations, and lead end-to-end SAP HCM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM and Payroll implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.




- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support SAP modules including:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Payroll
- Time Management (PT)
- Benefits Administration
- Personnel Development (PD)
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and payroll functions.
- Support payroll processing activities including simulation, validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
- Configure payroll control record, payroll areas, payroll periods, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, garnishments, and tax processing.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Advantages, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Perform impact analysis for statutory and legislative payroll changes.
