Role Description
Position: Product Success Owner
Reports To: Segment Head
Core Mandate:
Deliver hit products (current launches, upgrades, refreshes) and responsible for entire product life cycle that meet volume and profitability targets while maintaining product sub segment competitiveness
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Planning: Create rolling product plans based on customer insights, competition, and technology roadmap
- Product Strategy Planning: Define product specifications aligned with market needs and business objectives
- Product Strategy Planning: Drive product positioning and value proposition
- Product Strategy Planning: Resolve resource issues
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in technology and regulations
- Market Intelligence: Understand customer needs, lifestyle trends, and latent requirements
