Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Valuable knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Existing network of clients or channel partners.
- Fluency in local language(s) and English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
