We are hiring a Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) to ensure compliance with Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) guidelines and oversee radiation safety protocols at our Pune Plant. The candidate will be responsible for implementing radiation protection measures, monitoring exposure levels, and ensuring safe handling of radiological equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with AERB regulations and radiation safety standards
- Conduct radiation monitoring, audits, and safety inspections
- Train staff on safe handling of radiological equipment and materials
- Maintain records of radiation exposure and safety documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for licensing and approvals
- Implement emergency preparedness and response plans
- Support procurement and installation of radiological equipment with safety checks

Desired Candidate Profile
- Certified/approved Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) by BARC/AERB
- 47 years of experience in radiation safety management
- Solid knowledge of radiation protection, compliance, and monitoring systems
