Location: Multiple Locations: Ahmedabad (Bapu Nagar, Ashram Road), Gandhinagar, Surat, Rajkot

Job Description:

· External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with Insurance Advisors, customers, channel partners, and prospective clients to drive business growth.

· Internal Relations: Collaborate with Branch Operations, Underwriting, Customer Service, HR, Training, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth business operations.

· Reporting Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve business and productivity targets.

· Reporting Designation: Location Managing Partner (LMP)

· Reporting Department: Agency – Field Sales

· Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
