Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the design, construction, and commissioning of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare detailed estimates for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) projects based on client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards during the execution of desalination plants.

Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in proposal engineering or related field such as bid engineer or tender engineer.
- Strong understanding of costing, estimation, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;), reverse osmosis systems, waste water treatment processes (STP/ETP).
- Experience in preparing proposals for large-scale infrastructure projects involving desalination plants or similar facilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
