The Role
We're looking for a Technical SEO & Web Developer who can independently manage both SEO initiatives and website development across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, content, and design teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility, website performance, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of modern SEO - including Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO,



and AI-driven search trends - alongside solid hands-on web development experience across multiple CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

*Technical SEO*
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, and schema markup
- Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across client sites
- Implement SEO improvements across WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace

*Website Development*
- Develop, customise, and maintain websites using WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and similar CMS platforms
- Build responsive pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; create landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused experiences
- Implement custom functionality, plugin integrations, APIs, CRM integrations, and third-party tools
- Manage site migrations, domain
