About The Role
This Account Executive role is a unique opportunity within our early-stage sales team. The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities outside the Americas through outbound sales activities. The successful candidate will identify how potential clients can benefit from Shipday's delivery automation solutions, demonstrate the product's features, and effectively communicate how integrating Shipday can improve their business operations. This role requires proactive outreach, including email campaigns, cold calling,



discovery sessions, partner follow-ups, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in SMB technology software sales, preferably within restaurant technology (such as POS systems), delivery logistics, or payment solutions. A background in restaurant operations is highly valued. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace with an entrepreneurial mindset that is feedback-driven and results-oriented. Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking sales activities is essential. A bachelor's degree is required. Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
