CMS is looking for an experienced Faculty – Growth & Performance to prepare the next generation of data-driven marketing professionals. In this role, you will design and deliver industry-focused learning experiences that equip students with the knowledge and practical skills to drive business growth through performance marketing, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging courses in performance marketing, growth strategy, paid media, marketing analytics, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Teach advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other leading digital advertising platforms.
- Guide students in developing customer acquisition strategies, campaign planning, marketing funnels, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Develop and continuously enhance curriculum, assessments, and project-based learning experiences aligned with current industry practices.




- Incorporate live case studies, campaign analysis, and real-world business challenges into classroom learning.
- Mentor students through campaign reviews, performance audits, portfolio development, and career guidance.
- Assess student performance and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and campaign execution.
