The AI Marketing Trainee role is a full time remote position focused on supporting marketing initiatives driven by artificial intelligence and data analytics. In this role, the trainee will assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data, preparing reports, and generating insights to optimize digital campaigns. The position involves collaborating with marketing and technology teams to test AI-driven tools, personalize customer journeys, and improve campaign performance across various channels. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, helping create basic marketing content, managing campaign assets, and documenting processes and learnings. The trainee will also participate in internal training sessions to build skills in AI, automation, and digital marketing practices within Flexsin’s global environment.

Qualifications
- Foundational skills in digital marketing, including familiarity with online campaigns, social media, and basic content creation.




- Interest or introductory knowledge in AI, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data sets, and summarize findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
