Join us as a “Business Associate - Projects and Business Performance” at Barclays, where you will support the evolution of our leadership reporting, business performance governance and workforce insights. You will help drive data-led decision-making across Business Management, Chief Operating Office, Technology, Operations and Functional teams, ensuring high-quality executive reporting, strong governance and actionable insights for senior leadership.

To be successful as a "Business Associate - Projects and Business Performance", you should have experience:
- Experience in executive reporting, business performance management, workforce analytics, governance support, stakeholder engagement and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Executive insight and storytelling: ability to synthesise complex business, workforce and performance data into concise, compelling and actionable insights for senior leadership, including executive-level reports, business reviews,



scorecards and presentations.
- Data analytics and business acumen: strong analytical capability with experience interpreting workforce, operational and performance metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, with proficiency in advanced Excel, data validation, key performance indicator management and reporting.
- Stakeholder management and influence: proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across Human Resources, Finance, Technology and Business Management teams, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs within tight timelines.

Desirable Skillsets/ Positive To Have
- Experience in reporting automation, dashboarding and digital solutions, including Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate and generative artificial intelligence.
