Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll — ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments across brand billing, creator payouts, and team salaries.

Responsibilities
- Raise and track client/brand invoices for campaigns, retainers, and agency mandates
- Process creator/talent payouts, including commission calculations and deductions
- Process monthly payroll for the internal team — salary disbursement, reimbursements, and payslip generation
- Maintain accurate books of accounts — recording all income, expenses, and receivables/payables
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateway transactions, and vendor accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections with clients/agencies (e.g., Omnicom-routed payments)
- Manage vendor bills,



contractor payments, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with external CA team for GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance — providing them accurate data/documentation as needed
- Maintain expense tracking and support monthly financial reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, invoices, and payment proofs

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts/bookkeeping/payroll, preferably in an agency, media, or startup environment
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel
- Working knowledge of payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to independently manage invoicing cycles and follow up on collections
- Valuable communication skills for coordinating with clients, creators, vendors, and external CA team
- Must have own laptop
