Quantify Specialty Care (QSC) is built and run by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and counselors. Joined by former brokers and commercial-insurance specialists who left the legacy system to build a better one. Together we lead a vertically integrated specialty infusion, injection, and medication platform for self-funded employer plans. We pick up the phone. We sit with the patient. We deliver the medication. And we treat people like people.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help support the growth we are experiencing. This is a hybrid developer/support role. It is 100% remote from India. We are currently setting up a sister company in India. Until it is set up, you will be hired as a contractor.

Pay Range: 145375.25 - 1937565.82 rupees

What you will do

· Stand up and manage laptops via Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

· Support end users

· Support applications and infrastructure

· Develop and maintain applications via AI tools such as Claude Code, Groq, Perplexity, and Gemini.





· Direct AI tools to refactor for better architecture and design

Must Haves

· Be in India

· Support US east coast time zone

· Have a stable and reliable high speed internet connection

· Proficient with Claude Code, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL

· Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)

· Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

· Can create and read ERDs

· Understands positive database design and good code architecture

· Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

· 3+ years of software engineering experience

· BS in computer science or similar field

Nice to Haves

· Experience in healthcare

· Proficient in at least one of the modern OOP languages – C# or Java

Pay: ₹145,375.25 - ₹1,937,565.82 per year
