We're Hiring | Sales Executive

Location: On-site / Hybrid (as applicable)
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management abilities.




- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Retail, Sports, Fitness, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Marketing Agencies, SaaS, or D2C brands will be highly preferred.

Candidates with prior experience in corporate sales, business development, key account management, or enterprise sales will be given strong preference.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Solid English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
