This role supports a banking client where platform reliability, cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and production resilience are critical to delivering secure, high-availability services.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and continuously improve highly available cloud infrastructure supporting production applications and platform services across enterprise environments.
- Design and maintain infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and operational tooling to improve reliability, scalability, and engineering velocity.
- Monitor production systems using modern observability tools, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements to reduce recurring issues.
- Partner closely with platform, DevOps, cloud, application,



and engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, system performance, operational readiness, and production support.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools while managing cloud resources, Kubernetes environments, networking, and configuration management.
- Define and improve reliability standards through monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, incident management, disaster recovery, security best practices, and operational documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–14 years
of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Solid hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes (EKS)
,
Terraform
,
Docker
, Linux administration, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience building and supporting
CI/CD pipelines
, deployment automation, GitHub Actions or equivalent DevOps tooling, and Infrastruc
