About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep experience in Java and microservices to build, scale, and operate the backend systems that power Valeo's healthcare platform across KSA and UAE. You'll own services end-to-end — design, build, ship, operate — while mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar of the team.





This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on technical depth. You'll spend most of your time writing code, designing systems, and reviewing your peers' work. You won't manage people, but you will mentor 2–3 junior engineers, drive technical standards, and be the senior voice in architecture decisions for your area. It's the right role if you want to grow as an engineer rather than into management.
